Today, everybody knows nutrition is important for our physical and mental health. We are a whole, and all our organs are interconnected. When there is an imbalance in one of them, it affects one or more other organs. Therefore, we can't just go to the symptom, we should heal the cause.
I’ll share some advice which I’ve personally found useful, but you are free to choose whether to follow it or not bearing in mind that our own diet is our own responsibility. Although I have studied nutrition, I am not a nutritionist or doctor. So, I invite you to experiment with your diet yourself to find what suits you personally. I suggest you don't believe all you hear or read about nutrition; do your own research, and experiment.
The next tips are good for the whole body, not only for our eyes;
If you are planning to make your diet more healthy, that's great, but please don't be too radical and don't change it too quickly. Our body is not ready for big changes after a whole lifetime of eating habits, it takes a while to adjust, so just take one step at a time.
